Self-care is often the first thing that gets sacrificed when life is busy and stressful, and people often think that taking time for themselves seems indulgent. But looking after your own wellbeing will help you get through this challenging time, and will help you to better care for others. With safety and wellbeing being forefront of Zenergy’s mission our team decided to take on a wellness challenge. Our 28 days of self-care calendar encourages everyone to be kinder to themselves as well as others. Build your own daily self-care plan or take some ideas from our calendar to guide you through your self-care planning. With our normal routines changing, it is the perfect time to implement small changes into our routines that have a positive effect on our health and wellness. Remember self-care is a priority and necessity – not a luxury.
